Hello, I'm Kelly.
Sr. UX Designer. Fine Artist. Curator of Joy! BodyRocker. Low-FODMAP Baker. Reddit Elf. Ballerina. No Outfit Twice.
Hello, I’m Kelly Brown! I am a Senior UX Designer & Researcher at LLamasoft, the global supply chain design software firm. My team is focused on developing desktop and cloud based supply chain design enterprise software for small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
I graduated from the Honors College at Michigan State University with a BFA in Graphic Design and a BA in Hospitality Business with a Design Specialization. Learn more about my crazy college career here. During my time at MSU I was floored by willingness of fellow Spartans to share their time and talents, and now I am looking to do the same. I am passionate about professional development, especially of young artists. I am actively working to produce content (essays, lectures, video tutorials, templates and my first book!) focused in this area. Check out my first essay here.
I also balance a variety of freelance projects and collaborations in many mediums including: Product design and research, graphic design, illustration, letterpress printing, screen printing, ceramics, paper crafting, photography, motion graphics, hand lettering, electronic art and mixed media.
I am looking forward to a bright future in the world of Design and Creative Professional Development. Feel free to put time on my calendar if you are interested in discussing job/sponsorship opportunities, collaboration sessions, professional development mentorship, requesting a press packet…or if you want to revel in the awesomeness of puppers. :)
Make sure I’m legit.
